Connection lost could not connect to a default or fallback server

What does this error mean?

Your Minecraft server client cannot connect to a sub-server on a bungee server.

If the issue does not resolve after 5 minutes we recommend you contact our support team here as soon as possible!

What causes this error?

This happens when the sub-server is either offline or it has crashed.

What should I do?

• Try to restart the server and see if you're able to connect.
  
• Try to join the server directly without using the bungee server.
• Double check and ensure the config is correct.
