Multicraft Errors
- 500 CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection
- Can't connect to Minecraft bridge! (110/111: Connection refused/timed out)

500 CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection
What does this error mean?
This means our database for the multicraft interface for accepting logins is having issues or it's offline. We recommend that you wait a couple of minutes and see if the error fixes itself.
If the issue does not resolve after 5 minutes we recommend you contact our support team as soon as possible!
What causes this error?
The web server hosting the multicraft panel is unable to connect to the MySQL database hosting the panel information. This can be due to an outage or a DDoS attack.
Can't connect to Minecraft bridge! (110/111: Connection refused/timed out)
What does this error mean?
This usually means the daemon that your server is on has stopped responding or it's offline. The daemon is still pingable but is unable to send data to the multicraft panel.
If the issue does not resolve after 5 minutes we recommend you contact our support team here as soon as possible!
What causes this error?
This can occur when the daemon has been either overloaded from high usage of resources or is having network connectivity issues from a DDoS attack.
Connection lost could not connect to a default or fallback server
What does this error mean?
Your Minecraft server client cannot connect to a sub-server on a bungee server.
If the issue does not resolve after 5 minutes we recommend you contact our support team here as soon as possible!
What causes this error?
This happens when the sub-server is either offline or it has crashed.
What should I do?
- Try to restart the server and see if you're able to connect.
- Try to join the server directly without using the bungee server.
- Double check and ensure the config is correct.
